Mangrove Bay Naples purchased the last remaining waterfront property for development in Old Naples along the Gordon River. The renowned Naples-based development team, led by Jon Rubinton, boasts decades of experience specializing in area luxury community custom home design.

Market and refine the brand of a highly amenitized, white-glove gated waterfront community of just 53 homes, each with its own private boat slip, outdoor living area, and private pool – and four with elevators and private boat houses. Mangrove Bay began with us at the groundbreaking, through marketing completed model homes and custom-built options. Priced initially from $2 million to $10 million, Mangrove Bay needed to create traffic to its sales center through a strategic set of marketing services.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico along Florida’s “Emerald Coast” in Destin, Turnberry Harbour was a private gated resort community on 80 acres overlooking sugar-sand beaches, private marina, grand clubhouse, and the Regatta Bay Golf Course. With a choice of Tower condominium residences of two, three, and four bedrooms, or turnkey grand Maisonette residences, a real estate project of this stature in a quiet resort location required a complete strategic marketing package beginning with brand development.

Developing the identity for an architecturally unique building, a modern interpretation of the timeless art deco style reminiscent of South Florida in the Twenties and Thirties. The unusual curvilinear architectural design was our starting point.
